About the Role:

At IWAH, we believe in stories that move people — and that means creating videos that connect, entertain, and convert. We’re looking for a talented Video Creator who’s passionate about bringing ideas to life through video content. From concept to final cut, you’ll be the storyteller behind the lens.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit creative video content for various platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook)

  • Collaborate with our creative team, content writers, and social media strategists to produce engaging brand videos

  • Be involved in idea generation, scripting, and storyboarding

  • Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into your video content

  • Maintain visual consistency and high-quality standards across all content

  • Organize and manage video assets, raw footage, and project files

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in shooting and editing short-form and long-form videos

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software

  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills are a bonus (After Effects, CapCut, etc.)

  • Creative eye for framing, storytelling, and pacing

  • Strong attention to detail and good time management

  • Passionate about digital storytelling and trend-driven content creation

  • Team player with a growth mindset

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Experience with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and IG Reels content

  • Comfortable being behind or in front of the camera occasionally

  • Photography or basic graphic design skills
